Terms and Conditions of Service

Effective Date: March 18, 2026

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern all services provided by Double A – Home of the AC Bee’s
(“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By scheduling or accepting services, the customer (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”)
agrees to be bound by this Agreement.

2. Scope of Services

Double A – Home of the AC Bee’s provides HVAC services including, but not limited to:

  • Installation
  • Maintenance and tune-ups
  • Repairs and diagnostics
  • System replacements

All services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner consistent with industry standards.

3. Estimates and Pricing

  • All estimates are based on visible conditions at the time of inspection.
  • Additional charges may apply if unforeseen issues arise.
  • Customer approval will be obtained before proceeding with additional work.
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice unless stated in a written agreement.

4. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and approved financing options.
  • Late payments may incur additional fees or interest charges.
  • The Company reserves the right to suspend services for non-payment.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Customers must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
  • Same-day cancellations may be subject to a service fee.
  • The Company reserves the right to reschedule due to weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances.

6. Warranties and Guarantees

  • Labor warranties are provided for a limited period as specified on the invoice.
  • Manufacturer warranties apply to parts and equipment where applicable.
  • Warranties may be voided if:
    • Equipment is misused or neglected
    • Unauthorized repairs are performed
    • Routine maintenance is not completed

7. Customer Responsibilities

The Customer agrees to:

  • Provide safe and unobstructed access to work areas
  • Ensure pets are secured during service visits
  • Maintain equipment between service appointments
  • Inform the Company of any known issues or hazards

8. Limitation of Liability

  • The Company is not liable for pre-existing conditions or hidden defects.
  • Liability is limited to the total amount paid for the service provided.
  • We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Permits and Compliance

Where required, the Company will obtain necessary permits and perform work in accordance with local building codes and regulations.

10. Right to Refuse Service

  • Working conditions are unsafe
  • There is harassment or inappropriate behavior
  • Required repairs are declined that affect safety or system performance

11. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida.

12. Changes to Terms

Double A – Home of the AC Bee’s reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
